will somebody thats actually ridden karmas give me an honest view on how they are. park, pow, shitty snow, rails, switch, pipe, moguls, glades...everywhere? how are they

i rode them today, they are stiff, a spuer solid ski if you want to ski off trail in nasty crud alot. im sure they are good in deep pow too. they only drawback was that they were almost too stiff sometimes.

i got em...they are a lil stiff and a lil heavy...but they are good in deep pow, good switch, ski like real skis and are good in shitty snow too...but liek the kid said...u aint gettin them if u dont alrady got em...i actaully got the very last pair in the volkl US warehouse...my friend ordered them (we work @ ski shop) and they are comming from austria tomara...but he ordered them 2 months ago

I live on the east and i need the flexibility for my skis, we dont get much powder unless i take yearly trips to vermont. Otherwise stiff skis are a waste of money.

i have two pair the 169 and the 177 AND THEY ARE FUCKING AWESOME they are good all mountain, they are good on rails (87 mm underfoot helps), they are good off hits because of the nice landing area, they are all around the best ski that i hav ever owned and i have had a good deal of the other twins out there

Canadapride^^, stiff skis are actually what you want in icy/east coast conditions. For powder skiing, softer skis are usually preferred.

Anyways, I have the Karmas and they are the best all around ski I have ever been on, period. They are stiff though, and I like a stiff ski. I skied a bunch of cruddy bowls last week and the Karmas haul ass over that stuff. Incredible at high speeds.
