I haven't really done much research, but my friend had, and from what he has told me, weed has a lot of benefits, stress relief, calming effects, pain reducer, and every time that you smoke, it is like doing an hour of aerobic activity. Since I have started smoking, I have seen no physical decline, and have acctually noticed an improvement. I judge this on our schools pacer test or whatever the hell it is. The first time this year, I got a 70 or something, and then when I ran it again today, after smoking quite a bit, I beat that by20 some laps. I don't know if the benefits outweigh the harms, but I don't really care, its fun as hell.
