I just started working at my local shop and now get pro deals from literally every major company. I have been in the market for new boots for quite some time and the pro deals and forms give me some killer deals from brands such as Dallbello, Full tilt, Nordica and Salomon. The shop I work at mostly caters to racers so they basically only carry racer oriented boots and gear. I know that everyone HATES this question but how should I order a boot that I can't physically put on until I fully own it? The boot fitters at my shop are bros and said that they can definitely get a mold and do adjustments for me but told me to just research boots and order my favorite. In need of some boot advice
That's kind of a shot in the dark. I guess the only knowledge I could give you is SPK's are wider then most Full Tilts and Nordicas are in between the two. But that is just my experience and your foot could be a complete 180 of mine. Go to the shop and ask the boot fitter his opinion and then get what ever you end up with molded.
