Not going to lie, that's shady as fuck. A deal's a deal. Just because you offered a steal on your items doesn't mean you get to decide to change the deal because you decided that your goods were worth more so you withheld some.
That's just plain garbage business practices. Good luck with your sale and I hope no one else gets ripped off.
