I want to say it was taken around 2005-2007 and it was of a c-rail during the night, in what I remember somewhere around the chicago area. The guy in the picture had really baggy outerwear as well. It was a highly viewed pic but I've been searching the top viewed pictures for about 40 minutes and could not find it.
Also if I remember correctly in the comments someone said he was a coach at a mountain around there.
I know this is kinda vague but someone might know what i'm talking about. Used to be one of my favorite pictures on this site back in the day, and hopefully it still exists out there.
