^That. High Rockies section of CL, not Boulder. Also you should look for housing in Silverthorne, Frisco and Dillon Valley. You should also post that in the Colorado regional forum here on NS.

I believe Keystone has employee housing in the tenderfoot complex thing (which is all Vail resorts employees). I don't know if it's any good and I've heard some weird shit about it but, it's there.

It's a place to live and it's convenient. Its also grimey but if you're 20, dont have a pet, and are cash strapped, its a good option.

Then look in Frisco. Frisco and Breck are the two most fun places to live in Summit. Only problem is Breck is more difficult to find dog friendly housing.
