In my experience, ON3P's run a little long, so I would lean towards the 181cm.
The 181 will ski more like a 184-185 with the same rocker profile, and the 186 will ski closer to a 190.
That said, because the FR has 40cm of rocker in the tip and tail,
it's going to ski a little shorter than some park skis.
The 186 will feel more stable at high speeds because you will have more surface area. However, because you only weigh 155lb, it would be a lot of ski to bring around. The 181 will be more maneuverable.
How is the 171 size for you? As rach said above on3p come up bigge then most brands. So if you like the 171 prob go 171 again as it will be for sure bigger then your current skis. If you were looking at skis more in the 181 range I would get the 176. For reference I'm 5'11 170 and ski hard and I have some 186 jmos. Personally I think they are way to big for park in that length so I certainly would not go above 181 but I think 176 will be prime for you.
