Hey, I just got an IPOD and when I went to install the software it said it only worked for 2000 and xp.. Does anyone know of a way to get around this or anything?

This sucks.

well, its the operating system you are running, you need to have windows 2000 or xp to run i tunes, i dont know but you may want to check the apple web site to see if there is a patch to fix it. if not, youll proaly have to upgrade to window xp. anything else?

if you want i could get you a copy of windows XP Professional, for a price, but it's not a cracked peice of crap, that some little child did in his basement, its a image that computer stores use... it's completely legal tho.

if you dont upgrade look for a program called xplay on google, its an independent company program for ipod that i think will work on 98, 98SE, and ME.

i have it cracked on 4 computers. (mine and my families) they all work much better then most peoples computers that legally have windows. cracking it isnt shitty and it doesnt impair proformance, it jsut makes it so you can do a windows update.
