Living in Spokane WA. Lease?

Is anyone in the Spokane area looking for a place to live? I am living and working here for a year to become a resident in order to get in-state tuition the following year. The job I got wont be paying all that well so I was wondering if anyone is going to school near Spokane or ski bumming like me and was interested on signing a lease with me for something like a 2-bedroom apartment?
