Venoms are definitely my favorite, but I mostly use japans since they go well with pretty much any trick I throw.

theres an erik olson interview somewhere where he says that he likes simple grabs because complex ones like octograbs put your body in a very set position and it all looks the same but with simple grabs you can make them your own which is why i think safety and tail and stuff can be the best

that's actually a pretty good point. I feel like there are some really distinctive mute grabs out there, but no one has really beat Charles Gagnier's og octo-grabs.

as far as my favorite grabs to do, though, the double nose grab has to be one of the most satisfying. I do them off of everything with yelps of joy.

Never put enough time into making grabs look stylish so for me i normally do japan. Its nice and easy and can look good.

Nobody wants to see me try and do an octograb.........

Flat spin with Japan looks really good to me.

Also cork 3 truck driver is dope, and I don't know what a venom is but it sounds dangerous and therefore must be pretty sweet
