Replying to Bindings Problems

Ok, so I sent my bindings in to get mounted and I told them I wanted them mounted w/out the lifter plate. So they just called me today and said that I didn't have the right screws to mount them w/out the lifter plate and that im missing a lifter plate (just incase I couldn't find screws) so now hes gonna go look extra hard for shorter screws and im just gonna whine and be pissed. Do you have any suggestions for things I could do to get new screws?
