Coming off axis

I've recently been working on spinning on the trampoline. It seems when I get past 540, I always come off axis. Is there a reason for this?

Try keeping your eye level flat when spinning. like imagine a line that is parallel with your eye level if u were looking straight out and try keep to looking only along that axis when u spin. a wider stance always helps and make sure you are looking around. just don't look down like you if you were coming around from a flip.

Used to happen to me all the time. I would look over my shoulder to spin and that would bring me off. If you use your head/shoulders to set your spin, keep them parallel to the ground and look around your shoulder, not like over it. That helped me.

Same shit happens to me. I've just been letting it cork but I'm gonna have to learn to spot it eventually

happened to me for soooo long.

i eventually got it, but I'm not really sure how. I know that if i spin unnaturally it was easier to stay on axis.

make sure you pop before you start spinning, start with your arms wide and bring them into your chest to speed up the spin. also try bringing your feet up so you are not a pencil
