Whats the worst way to fall? I dont ski park like I used to but I remember one time catching a ski on the lip of the pipe as I was coming back in and ate shit so freakin hard. It was by far the most painful fall ive ever taken and one of my toe pieces exploded.

i still think this is the worst. There was a video a couple years ago of dumont landing on his ribs on the deck with his skis in the pipe and it looked terrible. I think it was in practice runs for a comp

smellstomahawks can be painful

im lucky enough to have never tomahawked but it looks like good way to ring your bell for sure

The worst fall that i've had and is probably the most dangerous way of falling is when you go big off a jump and are planning on landing switch but you over rotate and dig your tails so it stops you short and you crack your head so hard on the ground. I heard of a guy who tried to hit the lower half of a down flat down and got his ski wedged in front of the pole. His shin bones stuck out of his leg. Ouch

Tacoing rails fucking hurts like a bitch.

Corrugated pipes haven't treated me too well. Caught an edge on one and my ski ejected. I still was still on my feet but about halfway down I lost my balance and taco'd. I could barely breathe for a solid 20 minutes.

I second catching an edge while straightlining on any hardpack. Shit bucks you so hard right into the ground. That, or getting bucked by a little bump or mogul and losing control and slamming. So tossed and literally no way to slow yourself down or cushion your fall.

I was working on zero spins in a super icy pipe, landed with one ski on top one off, managed to slide along the pipe one foot switch for a bit untill I fell all the way back down. I hit the back of my head so hard that it cracked my goggle lens.
