Volkl or Fischer? or another brand (wall or nightstick)
Im looking at these two skis but i am open to more suggestions, I'm looking for a ski that is durable above all, and stable at speed and on landings, i like stiff skis like the ones mentioned above. would love to hear your guy's personal experiences with these skis. I'm 6'1 155 pounds and i ski aggressively and I'm a intermediate to experienced park skier
Og addicts took a hell of a beating and they are the same as the nightstick and some people i have talked to said that the flex is slightly softer. They are a heavy ski though.
With the walls i would stay away if you are looking into durability.
With the selections you brought up they are both symetrical skis. Is this a important factor to you? The on3p prestor comes to mind as another contender as well as the nordica ace but they are not symetrical skis.
Hell yea man! You and I definitely have a similar interest in skis: Stiff, competition ready, symmetrical, bomber, in a length that will fit a taller dude. Hopefully I can provide you with some valuable insight as I have skied the OG addict and addict pro, current nightsticks, and volkl wall.
First off we have the nightstick. I put in some serious time writing a review for blister last season as did scott so here are two references on how the nightstick stacked up:
