Best all mountain/park ski for my friend

Hey Guys I'm trying to find a pair skis for my friend for the upcoming season, he wants to get into park and all mountain skiing so he wants like a 60% all mountain and 40% park ski. He weighs around 200 and is an intermediate skier who is good at skiing but not so much with jumps and rails and such. also he is looking for a stiffer ski with a little flex and his price range is $300-$400 but that can change. Also he is 17

I picked up the Rossignol Slat last year. I don't know what else to say about it except its the best ski I have ever stepped in. The tip and tail have some flex and underfoot is a race base. This combo creates a fun and playful ski, yet its still super aggressive. Its a tad on the heavier and wider side, but it dominates in the park

If he can find some Liberty Morphics, that's the way to go. Stuff from contact point to contact point, but super playful in the tips. Unfortunately, the line was discontinued in 2013. But Evo and some other sites carry them still.

Nordica Badmind is more of a true park ski, but it is such a fun ski in the tips and tails, but maintains stability and stiffness in the middle. Usually runs about $350.

Atomic theory.

it's an all mountain free ride ski so it has twin tips, but it's also an all mountain ski

Armada El Reys. They're positive camber park skis that are really light, so they're good for carving and for riding park. I got mine for 320 off of evo.com but I got the last one in stock and I don't think they've restocked them.

if your riding all mtn definately do not get the el reys. they are full camber. if your riding 60% all mtn you want something with a little bit of rocker. the atomic theories should be pretty good for your friend

This. Even if you don't have a ton of rocker make sure it's wide enough (90+ underfoot) so it can handle some fresh stuff.

I got a pair of last year's Line Chronics from http://www.slopestyle-ski.com for $288. They're a little stiffer and hold my 6'1" 220lb frame perfectly. I also ski 60% all-mtn/40% park and I have loved them.

If you buy from this site some good choices would be line blends, armada tst, and armada arvti

See if you can find some Salomon shotguns from a couple of years ago. They will be super cheap but will be ideal for him. 100mm,twin and mid stiff. They were one of TH go too all many twins a few years ago.
