Alright so I am super stoked for ski season. Aren't we all?
So to the main point of this thread, do any of you do any ski exercises? The first week on snow I'm usually not too great and I'm sore from not using those muscles in 6 months. What can I do now so the first week back on snow I'm not sore and i can get straight back to throwing down? Im open to any suggestions you guys have. What do you guys do to be better prepared physically when ski season comes?
Also I'm very aware of the ski machine things they have but I want exercises that are cheap so I can buy ski stuff instead of exercise equipment. Also i have simple exercise equip like dumbbells, exercise balls, etc.
