Griffon binding adjustment

I bought a pair of skis with marker griffons mounted for a 29.5 boot. I wear size 28. Would it be possible for the heel piece to be moved forward on the track to fit me?
Another quick question, will shops typically mount skis a 3rd time? I would be mounting double times (2 current mounts) with fks. If so would it be smart to put in quiver killers or binding freedom inserts?
Thanks

So long as the bindings were mounted correctly for the 29 you should be ok going down to a 28. You will be at the extreme of the track which is not ideal but it will work.
A shop hop will mount the other skis if there is room to do so. The issue with multiply mounts is the holes end up interfering. Inserts won't help with this. Take them to the shop and have them see if there are room for the new holes.
