Hunter.I'm EXTREMELY picky with my beat selection... Production is so downplayed these days...People wanna act like the rapper is everything on a track, but to me, an amazing rap is nothing without an amazing beat...I would definately say i'm better at rapping than producing, but I have just as much fun trying to make a beat that knocks.

So much this. I can't tell you how picky sick rappers need to be in their beat selection because if the beat isn't with your flow, shit sounds wack. Love the kinda laid back jazzy instrumentals tho. I know Swiff D has a bunch of experience producing tracks for major artists and I think you definitely did his beat justice.

Correct. And thanks dude. I've never been the type to just hop on shit thats out and make a remix of some new rap track because its whats viral ATM. That shit is for the birds frfr. When I hop on something made by someone like Swiff D, I only do it if (IMO) the verse is hot. Oddly so, every verse of mine I end up calling one of my best, was usually written the fastest. When I have a beat for more than 5 days and cant get a verse how I want it, I tend to start believing that the beat just isnt for me. And I think thats a safe bet.
