louie.miragslowest milk? You mean the most processed? Your body needs fats and protein. Drinking skim milk is not helping ya there. If anything it is worse for ya.

XtRemE11try fasting? i've been doing it, not necessarily to loose weight but more for overall health and fitness reasons and im a big fan, makes you realize how little your body needs and how much shit the normal person consumes just because they think they need to.

XtRemE11Sure about that? Read up on it, It's very good for you. I've seen a lot of benefits in the year or so I've been dong it. It's not like your doing weeks of fasting. Mine are usually 16-36hrs. Occasionally 2-3 days
MiomoNope. Your metabolism slows down after fasting, making your body go into emergency mode and produce more fat.

cobra_commanderJesus has nothing to do with it. But if anyone needs to gain some muscle it's your skinny behind. If we played pin the tail on the rach, without blindfold, half the people would miss. If we played point to rach's bicep everyone would miss.
