I know this is a repost but I don't care. do any of you guys have creative ways that you ski during the summer without building a ramp or anything? I'm pretty desperate and want to hear some ideas.

I found a little hill/cliff thing near my house and jumped off of it with skis on and did some grabs and 180s. Also I've tramped with skis on and done grabs and 5s. Pretty fun, but you need dull edges otherwise you will rape your tramp.
Idk, just some ideas off the top of my head that worked. There were a few others that failed miserably.
Proof:
I wet the grass which allowed .e to use the bank as a landing.
Find some tarp put it on a hill apply soap and water, and put your rail at the end. If you can't get pvc you could use a log and put candle wax all over it.
if you have a reasonably high standing porch but turf on the stairs and use them as an in run and buy one of those plastic skateboard jumps and turf and a rail and you are set.
if you cant do that, in all seriousness build a summer setup. you progress super fast and its a fuckload of fun.
its really worth it.
.FRY.I want to really bad. only problem is I suck at building things.
honestly mine took 0 skill, a bit of engineering but it was super easy to put together
the run in is literally an old door a couple pieces of 2X4 with horizontally mounted 1 inch pvcs and the jump and transition was a piece of cake (with the blue print i made, a 2 year old couldve made it)
the rail is just 2 housings and interchangeable 5inch pvcs. i built 3 identical housing and have three 5 foot sections of pvc and one 10 foot so i can switch them out and make what ever shape or length rail i want in 30 seconds.
was the simplest build ive done and all of it together took about 5 hours because i was working alone and slacking off hard.
all you need is a home depot, a drill, a shitton of screws, and a brain and you literally cannot fuck it up
stop being lazy and just get the fuck out there an do it. if you really want to, then you will find a way to do it without the excuses. because in reality all you really need to do is get off you computer and go outside. it doesnt take any amount of creativity or genius to manipulate gravity enough to ski during the summer. you are really grinding my gears here fry. it has been super rainy here this summer and all i have needed to do is go outside and find a tiny slope in my yard, that has been more than enough to keep me entertained when i get desperate. just go outside and have fun.
All I did in the beginning was used a bmx bike ramp, a plastic box, gardening fence and a PVC pipe I Ollied on to. It wasn't actually that bad for the first few weeks. Obviously I got bored after that and I basically just kept upgrading it with turf, real PVC rails, ect.
It's a lot of work but you should really build one. Summer setup was one of the best things to happen to me, I've been skiing for three full summers now without going to a glacier once. You'll get hooked.
My summer setup is a sewer tube built like a rail, and a small table I sidestep onto the rail with. No run in or jump so I just push off hard sideways. It's temporary but to lazy and no room to acthally build a run in. Can't do spins on obviously, but still good to learn switchups and spins off and stuff. Pretty slow so it's a little hard but oh wellC better than nothing

.FRY.thanks. yeah I originally had a plastic skate jump, but it was kind of pointless because of how low my rail is.
one thing that could work is just find anything thats flat like an old piece of wood and then just stack 2 by 4s under it so it gives you a small lip. or just go buy some stuff, it would probably be cheap for such a small lip to rail
