Atomic punx rocker

i see the new atomic punx has "park rocker" on tip and tail. does this really make a difference to the way you ski or is it just for catch-free reasons? or does it not do anything at all?

Yeah it really helps loosen up the tip and tails making them less catchy but while keeping the contact points a reasonable way down th ski. So nice full camber with less catchy tip and tail.

I'll be honest. I have the Infamous(es) and they're supposed to have 15% rocker. Punx are supposed to have 10% rocker. From what I can see, personally, the Infamous has no rocker, so I was pretty disappointed.

Have a look again. If to put the skis together you will notice that the contact point is slightly further back then a traditional ski. To be honest you din wants ton of rocker on a park ski it just make them unstable. A small amount of early rise to reduce catching is ideal.

Having rocker also helps skiing powder a lot but if you are buying Atomic Punx im assuming you don't really ski pow that much
