Can spine guards prevent or at least support your back in big impacts (not direct impacts more sending it to flat)?. I'm Planning on getting more than a hundred days this upcoming season and trying to avoid injurie at all cost. My brother spent a season getting buck a few years ago and ended up destroying his back and I'm looking to prevent also destroying mine if that is possible.
