Hello NS,
I'm looking for park skis and i can't decide on which ones to get,
im 15 6'1 150 pounds and I'm looking at Volkl walls or steps, Fischer nightsticks, Atomic punx or Icelandic Da'nollies

your thoughts?

Tell us what you want from the ski. Things like stiffness and rocker. It doesn't help anyone when you just name off skis

looking for a full cambered ski or camber with rocker in the tip and tail, i would like it relatively stiff but not stiff enough to make butters impossible

I have both the Walls and the Nightsticks and I can tell you both are fairly stiff, the Walls are a tad bit stiffer than the Nightsticks so if you like stiff go with either of them, durability on the Fischers is better than the Volkls but ive really had no problems with either, if you want something more flexy the Da'Nollies are a medium flex ski but WAY more flexy than either of the Walls or Nightsticks, dont know much about the punx but ive always heard good things

There's a reason your poll is siding toward the punx... at least don't get the volkl's, I don't even remember how many pairs we had to warranty at the shop I work at, they're junk and only good for sponsored riders who can get new ones. lol

Fischers history with park skis is not that great. Not to mention they're heavy as shit.

When i demoed the nightsticks they seemed pretty light and I've heard good things about fischer as well

The nightstick is the same exact ski as the Addict which was one of the best park skis during its time.

i've skied on the volkl walls and the are great skiis, I have the volkl alleys and the Walls were much better

The Volkl Wall and the Volkl Step are completely different skis. If you are thinking about the Wall you should be also considering the Kink. The Kink comes with the same burly construction as the Wall but with tip and tail rocker instead of full camber.

Between the two skis, the Wall will be slightly narrower at 87mm underfoot with the Kink coming in at 89mm underfoot. The Wall also has a P-Tex 4500 World Cup Base so expect a lot of maintenance to keep it running fast.

The Step has tip and tail rocker. I'm looking at the Volkl 14/15 Dealer workbook right now. The Kink is the wider of the two skis and built with the same construction as the Wall.

I ride Volkl Walls and I'll admit it's a pretty dope ski. I like to ski all mountain, not just park and the skis are great. They carve really well and pretty stable at high speeds. They are kinda stiff though, so i'm not a 100% sure on the butters.
One problem/concern I have with the skis is that the top layer of the ski separated from the bottom part. I'll try posting a picture
