We were filming for my friends snerberd edit..i know.. about 3 years ago and the way the one trail was taped off sort of looked cool if you stood at the right angle. So she was gonna ollie over like the lower part of the tape and I was gonna tuck under the higher part around the sameish time. So we did it once and our retard filmer didn't turn his camera on. So we had to do it again. Well this time she ollied too soon and landed on the tape and it tripped me. Literally it got underneath my binding and I couldn't get it out for like 5 minutes. I don't ride those skis anymore but to this day there's still a little bit of tape under the binding that's clearly visible.

Another pretty bad one I had I was hitting a corrugated pipe at snowflex and it was getting towards the end of the day. I was like yeah I think I'm gonna do this once more and then head over to do some jumps or something. So I like urban'd onto it and I must have caught my inner edge cause my back ski ejected right away. I was good though for a couple seconds, I thought I could make it to the end. I was about 3/4 of the way down and then idk what happened but I lost my balance and taco'd the fuck out of the pipe. I laid there and was in so much pain. It just hurt way too much to breathe. To put it in perspective, I've dislocated my leg out of my hip and I would have rather done that again than taco. It sucked so bad. Then some staff and the medics came and they were making jokes... I was trying to not laugh but they were hilarious and it just made the pain so much worse.

tl;dr My snerberd friend sucks at life and tripped me with that orange tape shit and it's still in my old bindings.
Called last run on a corrugated pipe and died.

I was like six, and I went off a big jump super slow. I did the classic, double eject to face smash.

this one time I was carving up this run in Las Vegas, and then I planted my pole too close to my skis and I tumbled down and got a sick hipshot.

also this one time I fell off a rail then bumped the same rail with my arm and broke it.

I need a gopro blooper reel

I was an instructor at a really small ski hill in Minnesota. Probably less than 100 vertical feet. Pretty much just a bunny hill, but a lot steeper. No chairlifts, just two tow ropes. The hill is in a big park area and across the street is a waterfall, paths, some building, etc. It was all on a hill and I thought there was a ~12 foot drop near the waterfall I could ski off. I went over there with a friend (another instructor) to hit it. Turned out it wasn't a drop, just a steep hill and some rocks in the way. Not worth skiing. I wanted to hit something so down below a waterfall by a pond I found a ~8 foot drop. We piled snow up on the landing, then I went to ski off it. I could only get a few meters away from the drop because of stuff in the way, and it was super flat, so I had to hit it at like 4mph. That turned out to be a bad idea, I unintentionally did a half front clip and landed directly on my head. Some old people were watching which made it all the better.

Me, first season park, 14 years old.
Railing this rusty 16ft shootout/cannon rail on a warm day.
Took a lot of speed.
Halfway on, the skis stopped to slide, launching me forward.
Luckily I had enough speed so I didn't hit the rail, but flew over it instead.
Did 1/2 unnatural rodeo /claim
Landed on my back.
A lot of pain.

it was raining out and the snow was a mix between slush and ice, I caught an edge at the top of this and slid all the way down on my face/arms

it was pretty early in the year too so there were sticks and crap coming out the snow which didn't help much either. that and one of my skis stayed at the top.

when I was 6 I was going off smaller park jumps and got wicked confident and tried to go faster cause i had been knuckling. got more speed and went off the jump. flew through the air with my back parallel to the ground. landed flat on my back and lost my breath for like 20-40 seconds.

this past season called last run and went down perfectly fine until I reached the very last feature which was a corrugated elbow halfway in the ground. Like it stared straight downhill then took a 50 degree angle and went another 10 feet or so. I was going to ollie over the end and tail tap it, like I had done the past 5 runs. I approached the tube and 5 feet away my tips crossed up and i looked down to uncross them so I could ollie. I uncrossed them and looked up just in time to ram my tips straight into the tube and proceeded to frontflip with just one ski cause the other one flew off. I landed on my feet and then slammed my face.
