Replying to Looking for an off season training program for skiing
trying to be strong come ski season, i'm not a jock by any means but id like to be able to hit the ground running with a strong core and strong legs for the winter. i tried googling some stuff without much success. i already do a fair share of cardio i run anywhere from 5-10 miles 3-4 times a week. i've never been to a gym before so the more detailed you can be the better. thanks!
