Level of intelligence on facebook

I am so sick of the people i come across on facebook. Many of them believe the most ridiculous mystical things which include but are not limited to; ufos, alien abductions, being able to tell the future, intelligent design, magical near death experiences, etc...
I get into an argument on ns now and then, but overall id say the avg iq of ns members is 20+ pts higher than the avg iq of facebook members.

And they are all extremely self righteous about their beliefs. It gives me the sense that they all must have medial jobs; i cant imagine anyone with these wack job theories or beliefs holding a respectable position in society.
So maybe justice is served... The poor deserve their situation.

Its still frustrating. They all seem to hide behind the "there are no stupid questions" mentality, in a way that they put forward the most ridiculous ideas and expect that they will be treated with nothing other than respect and countered with polite discussion, as if they are on an even platform with the 180 iq physicists who they believe are fallable.

Sorry, but im going to trust the 180 iq physicists, not some 90 to 100 iq "intellectual" who believes people get messages sent to them from the future.

The most grave violation they all make is applying things like quantum mechanics to situations that it does not apply in. Its despicable really.

stop using it. I stopped using it for anything other than checking for invites over a year ago. I stopped adding people who friend me, too. I'm just phasing it out.

Where I'm from there are a lot of political debates on Facebook. Almost nobody knows shit, but the "funny" part is that they think they are smart cuz they are discussing politics..
Ive been interested in politics for almost a year now, done a lot of research and studying, and when I read what they write on Facebook, I just wanna puke. They don't know shit about economy, or how a fucking country works. Feelin my anger grows when I write this..
