Replying to Touring set up for a gaper

So here is the case, I'm deciding on a touring set up.I don't know anyone that tours so I have limited resources to decide on gear first hand or able to demo gear.What I've been doing in the past is just hiking with a pair of Caylors and just slugging it. Mostly trying to trek in Icy conditions to hit bowls.Want something that will take a beating and last at least two seasons.

What I have been having in mind is -
Boots: Roxa X Turns, the last fits my feet and are pretty on point just getting a per here into the country is a pain in the ass.

Skis: On3p Kartel 106, Was looking for something close to being symmetrical with quite a bit of contact for those Icy days.

Bindings: Dynafit tlt's, Pretty open to any suggestions throwing out there.
