I will never get the hate between skiing and snowboarding. Some of my closest homies snowboard and weren't even pissed when I switched to skiing. Where did this start and why?

i feel like it comes from the weekend warriors who think that because there is a difference it gives them a right to hate on.

Most of the riders and shiers I know who shred a lot (or at least well) dont care about the differences and are stoked to go and watch good riders, shred.
