FKS 155 standard brake width

I've got a pair of 155's with the original skinny brake width, and I'm planning on getting a pair of 80mm wide skis this fall. I was wondering if I'll have to bend the brakes or if they'll fit on the skis without bending. I tried searching around ns but couldn't find any answer.

Why not just measure your brake? Measure the gap between the brake legs an you know what size ski will fit without bending. But those old brakes bend easy so if they are too small you should be ok bending them, just be careful you don't snap them.

Pretty sure it's 75mm. You can probably get them on the 80mm skis with some very minor tweaking.

Unbend the standard bend halfway then put a new half bend after that. I had some on 84mm skis once and they needed it. Easy enough to do this after mounting with a boot snapped in.
