Give me your thoughts on which of the boots are better. I want to get a 3piece design but I'm teetering on what I should go with. I ride park, backcountry touring, and big mountain

Go for the Full Tilt classic. It is an all mountain 3 piece boot

If you really want to go 3 piece dalbello and Nordics are all I would look at. They both far exceed full tilt in build quality and ski performance.
But it is there any reason you are limiting yourself to 3 piece boots. The majority of boots are still overlap so by ruling out overlap boots you will be ruling out the vast majority of boots which will mean you have limited fit options.
3 piece can be nice but don't rule out overlap boots yet you may fin that the best fit is a boot you totally did not expect To fit.

Also just to add if your looking for a boot with a walk mode for bc touring you really won't have much option for 3 piece. The nature of walk modes mean they don't really work with 3 piece boots as with 3 piece the cuff is normally locked and the flex comes from the Toungue. Obviously though this can't be the case when you add a mechanism to release the cuff. So even boots like the lupo are closer to an overlap design then a true 3 piece. let me know if you have any further questions I can help you with.
