I broke my right hand and middle finger. I'm in a cast for 6 weeks and the cast covers my wrist and fingers so I have no mobility in my wrist or fingers. I can't hold anything in my hand or move it around to much because of the pain. Any good suggestions on what I should do to pass the time?
Display_ScreenWatch tv, read books, chill outside, go for hikes, etc... You can do a lot with a broken hand this shouldn't be too hard
I have a tv, but no cable or satellite. I live in the city where you can't really hike. I'm so used to being busy, I'm just looking for activities or some stuff I could take up.
I tore 2 tendons in my shoulder this winter and broke 3 ribs. Every day I go to the gym and just do leg work. Can easily say I have the best looking quads and calves ever. I am a twig otherwise but my legs look like the Hulks. Woman are constantly complementing them and asking to feel them. Overall I would say destroying my shoulder and ribcage has been a large improvement to my sex life. Try doing the same with your broken hand / finger.
Yo I broke my index finger this past spring and was in this shitty ass cast. If yours is similar the two big things I did were play a ton of guitar hero (you can use your little nub and your thumb to strum), and I played a lot of golf. I basically just swung by holding the club as best I could with my cast and following through one handed. I actually played pretty well with the cast and won a few bets doing it.
you broke your middle finger-- does your cast have your middle finger in a permanent upright position? If so, I can think of a lot of fun things you could do.
download some free dj stuff and play with that. alternatively play skate all day and claim that its rehab for your hand. i have a broken arm which is slowly recovering atm so i feel your pain
