DINKLEBERGFlat 3 (whack flip) is essentially a backflip tweaked over one of your shoulders, rather than throwing straight back to do a backflip look slightly left or right (depending on which way you spin) and throw backflip. It also helps to grab japan because it pretty much automatically throws you into flat 3.
skiersupremeif you spin left, sweep with your right arm and gram right hand safety. also stay over yourself, don't try to lay them out. i like to think of them as a 90 degree spin, lincoln, then a 90 degree spin back. hope this helps
Grizzly.Buttahcould you explain more on the 90 to lincoln to 90? i can do lincolns amazingly i just don't see how adding 180 degrees of spin in there would make it a flat.
W.FadeeffThe easiest way I found to dial my flatspins is to concentrate on throwing my knees over one shoulder. sounds overly simplified but thats it.
ObeseBunnyThis applies if you throw them to the left. Reverse if you throw to the right.
First, make sure you have backflips on lock.
Then, instead of looking straight backwards, try looking over your left shoulder while grabbing your left foot with your right hand. This will help your body follow your head in the spin, and it should come around within a couple tries. The grab is key, I kept getting lost/panicking in midair, but the grab made the rotation so much easier.
skiersupremei can't really explain it haha

Thanks Guys! I think I got them!
Grizzly.ButtahAlright when I get on a tramp I'll try this!
Are you just trying a backflip while grabbing a japan?
buttermeskiI pretty much did a backflip over my left shoulder. Grab was just for style points
