Photoshop Experts: Could you explain to me how to do this?

I know how to do simple things like masks, but I'd love to be able to do this sort of stuff too.

step 4 - open photo to edit in photoshop
step 5 - realize you have no idea how to use photoshop
step 6 - regret every cent you spent on photoshop

That is some pretty crazy stuff. Photoshop is powerful but you can't just click a filter and make it do that, the best way to learn is tutorials online. There at a bunch of websites that cover everthing from the basics to crazy stuf kind of like that. Good luck!

Sorry on mobile and don't know how to embed, but that channel ^ has some really good tutorials that can teach some of the skills needed to eventually do stuff like that, if you want to put the effort in they're pretty good.

to do stuff like that you will need a combo of illustrator and photoshop, and torrent it, never pay for thses stupidly over priced programs if it is just for personal use
