theres basically no difference between flat 5s and rodeo 5s on the tramp. so just do a flat but throw a little more forward and when you takeoff pull your shoulders the way you are spinning

OP do no do this. The way I learned rodeo 5s on tramp was go for 360 and try and grab trucker and it turns to rodeo 5. Dont actually try to do 3 trucker tho. When you get better at rodeo 5s you can basically just do them by throwing your shoulders
