When did oil hit your community?

I am wondering when the other people in american(and whereever) finally struck oil. It seems like I had not even heard of it until a couple years ago and it wasn't until last september that anyone I knew of did the stuff regularly, but by now it seems like every street youth has a pen and is just doing it all the time. Have many of your street youths been incinerating "earl' and if so when did it seem like it became an epidemic?

I am and always believe that wu-tang is for the children, but that is beside the point. I am trying to figure out if oil just took off recently here or if it became popular everywhere at once.

haha nope, I'm talking about how easy it is to sell dabs on the east coast. I would never work on an oil rig, I'd probably go nuts
