Grizzly.ButtahWell you really need to find a tail that stiff and doesn't have too much rocker. Most pow skis are stiff but the mr. Pollards are probably the softest out of the magic js, salomons, and candides. You could also look into the 4frnt YLE or surface new life or lab. Those are pretty light pow skis and pretty stiff in the tails but you can still butter them in the noses
I wouldn't look into the YLE's, New Lifes or Lab 001's unless you are spending almost half your time skiing switch. Fully symmetrical skis are pretty useless if you aren't solely a freestyle skier. Considering OP mentioned nothing about tricks, I would steer clear.
Are you looking to be skiing BC freestyle OP? If so the Faction Candide's (3 or 4 depending how much pow you encounter) would be ideal. The swing weight is unbelievably low due to the balsa flax core, and they are playful yet very stable. Nordica Patrons/Bushywaynes might also be a god pick, but much heavier.
If you are more of a directional skier, I would steer you towards the 4FRNT Hoji and the ON3P Billy Goat. The Hoji is a charger, but is still pretty easy to break free. The BG's kill it at high speeds but also can pivot wicked easily.
