Replying to Becoming a ski assembler.

Does anyone here work for any ski companies? I want to pursue a career in ski assembly. Whether it be bindings, skis, or outerwear I want to spend the rest of my life helping people get what they want. Does anyone know where to start? I'd prefer to work hands on with skis from assembling bottom sheets to edges with bases but I honestly would love anything in the industry. Let me know of you have a decent connection; or know if I need any college education etc. PLZ no trolls; or negative comments. (I'd appreciate ANY help)
