Becoming a ski assembler.

Does anyone here work for any ski companies? I want to pursue a career in ski assembly. Whether it be bindings, skis, or outerwear I want to spend the rest of my life helping people get what they want. Does anyone know where to start? I'd prefer to work hands on with skis from assembling bottom sheets to edges with bases but I honestly would love anything in the industry. Let me know of you have a decent connection; or know if I need any college education etc. PLZ no trolls; or negative comments. (I'd appreciate ANY help)

I thought about it honestly. But emotionally I couldn't do it. A firefighter named was a gentleman who told me that my father had passed away with no chance of returning. I couldn't handle telling that to a kid. I have a bigger passion for skiing than I do with anything and I would still like to help people out in some type of way.
