Wide Angle Lenses

Im looking to get a wide angle lens for my canon t3i. Ive narrowed it down to the tokina 11-16mm, the sigma 10-20mm and finally the Canon 10-18mm lens. The canon is significantly less expensive and reviews online suggest there is not a large difference in the glass itself, only in the build quality. I have saved up a bit of money however I'm always looking to save a few bucks assuming I'm not sacrificing to much quality. Anyone had any of these lenses/have experience with these lenses? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I would be using the lens for both skiing where it would be a lens I use one my rig as well as landscape photography. All reviews have said great for landscape, but nothing really (and not really surprised) about skiing.

The Canon is very sharp indeed, but no shit, it's an F/4.5-5.6 lens, it better be sharp at those stops.
The Tokina is a consistent f2.8, muh low light. Also it feels much better than the Canon.

I'd look at the Sigma 8-16. It gets that fisheye effect but without the barrel distortion. Those extra couple mm really give you some more room to play with. Check this out, it'll give you an idea of what it looks like. Personally, I love mine. https://www.flickr.com/groups/sigma8-16/

A "fisheye look" is barrel distortion, they are the same thing. The 8-16 has a ton of distortion dude haha.

What i mean is the focal length and look of the images but without the actual round fisheye image, sorry bad wording. I've used a friend's 8-15 fisheye many times and the 8-16 reminds me of it a lot. Mind you the 8-15 is a lot sharper but the price tags are a lot different. Like when i take a picture on the sigma at ~8mm it gets that same huge subject look that the fisheye does. Sorry, I can't think of a great way to word that haha.

I'd say get the canon 10-18 if you're broke and the 11-16 if you're a bit less broke. Being broke I have the Canon 10-18 and it's quite good, here's a video of my first time playing with it:

It was shot with a cheap ass rig so some shots are a bit shaky, my camera's a t3i too.
