Replying to The patch South Lake Tahoe

Ok. I live in Tahoe. I just got back from windells. It sucked. I got sick about half way through and had to leave early. To fill the missing hole in my heart for skiing. I want to go to the patch in south lake. I've heard that it's still good. And people are sending rods and cork 5s and stuff like that. I've heard about it. Never actually been there though. Anybody been there lately? Tips. I think I know that it's near red lakes out about 25 miles. Reviews on the snow there would be helpful.
