Pros and helmets

I mean i hate helmets, they look stupid and are clunky but in the end i put up with it if it means saving my life. I know the pros are really good but still, they're hitting way bigger shit and theyre also hitting crazy urban. For example some of the fence taps they do in Let It Flow could completely fuck them over. I know theyre pros and are fucking gods but that doesnt mean that there's still a chance of smashing their heads.

Proceed to tear me apart limb by limb if this is a repost.

I find the falls im really not prepared for or don't expect are the ones that hurt the hardest and tend to get my head smacked or something. Also especially with tight east coast trees how could you not wear a helmet? There comfortable and warm. But hey...free country do whatever you want.

Wear a helmet. Ive fell hard a couple of times. Learned my lesson... No more concussions for me lol

I occasionally ski without a helmet but that is only when I'm just skiing around the mountain casually. When I am in the park, I always wear a helmet. This winter I tried a 6 out of an up rail at Mount Snow and landed at 5. I caught an edge, and because I was going pretty fast (I wanted as much airtime as I could get) I cracked my helmet.



I was only slightly dazed immediately after, but I have no doubt that had I not been wearing a helmet, I would have gotten a concussion, and would have missed some time on snow.

If you cracked your helmet, a concussion would be an understatement.
