Loop pedal online?

SO I want to record some guitar and maybe make a few tracks but all I have is a laptop and an accoustic at the moment. I am also immobile due to injury so I have little/no ability to go out an buy anything.
Is there a website that will allow me to use my laptop's microphone to record some riffs and then store/loop them over some other riffs to make some tracks?
(i don't care if it sounds like shit, just want to get it all down and together na'mean?)

They make loop apps, but the problem with the one I have is the time it takes you to hit play and start playing fucks up your timing so the loop doesn't really work. After 2 minutes I gave up. Maybe you will succeed where I failed.

You can use Garageband to record and loop guitar tracks. Before I got Logic Pro (which is just a fancier version of GB), I used the software instruments including drum kits and pianos to make a beat and a chord progression.

Pick whatever tempo, time signature, and key you want and start tracking.

Yeah I got this app for my phone called looper which is kind of fun to fuck around with few a bit but you can't really do much past that, can't make tracks or anything.
I've dabbled briefly in some music editing software before but it is all so fucking confusing and I can't be bothered to learn something so complex which I have such simple needs. I have a PC so garageband isn't an option, but i really want something soooooo basic.
Like: record a track, record some other tracks, layer them, press play and listen to it all together. /all
