Have any of you guys became involved in the goped movement or been involved in the years before? I got into it a few years ago and i must say from experience these things are a LOT of fun. Heres a picture of a build i did this year on a GTR46i GP460 (Reeded/Ported) , i'm in the process of another build currently and i'm stoked on these things.

DDM race pole
DDM Tank cover
8/76 Gearing
UNI filter/ Outerwears cover
-.005 Copper Gasket
Real chrome Jet pro rhino/ Carbon fiber tip
Zocchi 2 shoe adj. Clutch
TS Ported cylinder / TS Reeds / TS head (Port work done by Trevor SImpson Himself)
Billet hydros / slicks
Makita deck
MSD coil
Polished flywheel
Red ADA motor mount
Steel Clutch Bell
ADA billet throttle/ Braided throttle cable

Few more mods:
Avid Juicy/ 160mm rotors (MTB setup)
78mm Chain Tensioner
WDA 48B Pulsed Carb.

This thing will touch 50-60 no problem dependent on the riders weight, and throw you off the back in the crack of a throttle . Runs with 110 octane mixed 25:1 and sounds like a KTM 65, NBD....

At first I thought it wpuld be kind of fun to ride. Then I realized my not just buy a moped because you can go longer distances.

Yeah, I could've easily bought a motorcycle or slammed ruckus and also been riding in style that is a factual statement. This is all harmless fun for me, and its not every day you see one of these riding around cities and i think it would be a cool thing to watch grow in my community.

I target people in my hometown on mopeds and then proceed to fly past them in the breakdown lane..... If you want public transportation for longer distance than your in a whole different category!

Im just saying. Isnt it incomfortable to be standing up the whole time? Unless im missing something an theres a seat above the motor.

Except you don't look like a chode riding a KTM 65.
