Difference between bios and mistys

I've been looking for threads but none really explain the main difference between a bio and how to throw them on tramp. Bios look more like penciled out mistys but idk. I need ur guys help

see the difference mistys are much more flippy on a bio your feet dont go above your head

similar to a misty but come across your chest towards the bottom of your ribs instead of towards your hip or knee

An easy way to make a distinction between the two is in a bio, your feet never go above your head, and in a misty they do.

During a bio you never go invert, in misty you go invert for a bio set the same as a misty but spin more then flip you never want your feet to go over your head
