Replying to Center mounting????

ok so theres this ski im looking at, its symetrical. symetrical flex, the whole deal. the thing is ive never ridden a symetrical ski before, and im 6'1 160 and the only length is 180 cm. (note. this ski does have symetrical rocker in the tip and tail.) would this ski be to short for me in the park and all mountain? also how to center mounted skis do well all mtn? (yet this ski is designed to be center mounted and has a 24m turn radius) any help regarding center mounted skis gets some major k++++
