Speeding up FS700 slow mo footage

Ok I know this is generally just not encouraged if you can avoid it but how do I speed up footage that is shot in 240 and make it look "ok" played back as 24fps? I've heard of dropping frames and some other tactics but what might be the best way to make this at the least viewable? As far as the edit I'd like to play some clips sped up to play regular speed at 24fps and then slow back down to emphasize some actions. What's the process? And if there is a link showing this well you can save yourself some time and just share that. Thanks guys!

You could interpret the footage to 240fps, seeing as its 24 or 30fps. With 240fps footage @30p I speed it up to 800% and it's "real time". It's different if you shot it at 24p, 1000% I think? Don't feel like doing math right now, I've only worked with 30p 240 from an fs700
