Faction Coats - yay or nay?

I was going to get a new coat this summer, as my old one is too small and I think it's time for an update. I'm looking for something that isn't too pricy (which is why Faction came to mind, 40% off), and is at least 10K waterproof and of course looks good...Faction seems to fit this bill, does anyone have a Faction coat? If so, how do you like it? Also, how much insulation is in the coat?
