What do you guys think about the devastators? do you like them? I just ordered a pair and am anxious to try them out
DeebieSkeebiesHands down the greatest ski I have personally ever owned. Just bought a pair last Thursday (184cm w/ the limited edition topsheet, very pretty ski). Took them out for a few runs today finally on my lunch break and was absolutely blow away by how they perform. The rocker lets you float over any type of snow at any speed, lays down carves like a race ski, and is super duper playful like a park ski. sent some 1's and fun tricks off of little booters and stuff, and the pop is ridiculous on these things. I was skiing moguls like a motocross racer, just doubling every mogul in sight. Buttery in the nose and tails, these are a true do-it-all ski, and I highly recommend these bad boys. You're going to love these things.

DeebieSkeebiesI should add it is a rather stiff flex, but I would consider it a playful stiff flex, meaning it lets you charge but you can still whip them around and get buttery.
Profahoben_212Absolutely could not have said it better. This is the exact way I feel about mine. I have never had a ski that I can feel confident blasting chutes on, then be shredding park next run.

Espen519good to hear! I'm pretty pumped to ride them, and sad that it wont be until next season since Stevens just closed :( I'm looking forward to these awesome skis so much now
DeebieSkeebiesAnother mini-review for you, man. Skied them all over the place today as well as hit some nice park booters (PC's big Kings Crown line for reference) and they were almost too much fun anywhere I took them. Super stable and poppy on the lips, and absolutely stomps landings, even torn up slushy spring washboard-esque ones. Buttered the hell out of any knoll/mound in sight and was blown away by how easy it is to whip these things around as well as how playful the noses are. Holy wow, 4FRNT absolutely crushed it out of the park on this one. These have to be one of the best skis out right now.
Profahoben_212One again....absolutely wonderful review. I feel the exact way. Anybody who is on the edge about these skis, get them....you will lobe them
DeebieSkeebieshave you jibbed on yours at all? the swing weight isn't bad at all, but im just worried about destroying these pretty bases lol.
Profahoben_212Not really any rails for the most part Since I live in SD and at points your edge is your lifeline lol. But they spin phenomenal on jumps. Can throw pretty much anything on them that I can on my park skis. Granted I am not a very good park skier.
Sadly the bases are the one thing on this ski I have not been totally impressed with. I have gotten a ton of coreshots riding these, while my buddy riding the same line right behind me has been fine (ON3P). But it really doesn't take away from the amount of fun these skis are....so I look past it.
DFJDont want to be one of those kids, but:
I'm a little shy of 5'10 and 150 lbs. Im looking at the 184 cm devastators. Do you think that would be fine because of the extra rocker, or will they be hard to maneuver?
