Yeah I know there were some rant threads over the years grinds my gears and whatever. I don't think any of them were that happening to dig up. I probably made one of them honestly. Whatever.

I figured if we could rant somewhere we'd be more docile creatures in the rest of the forums.

my boss has it out for millenials like all people 45 and older, but its fun showing him im not a complete fuckin lost cause.

dude needs to chill out, hes a hardcore dick and scares away anyone that needs a job, ive counted 3 people that have no-showed (2 this week alone) since ive started working here. I agree American work ethic may be lacking nowadays but shit man, you cant treat everyone like a fuckin prisoner and expect good things to come out of it or progress to be made which ultimately makes you, the small business owner, a ton of money. not that hard of a concept I think: Be cool to your workers -> workers are happy -> workers are motivated/want to get shit done -> progress made -> money made.

Like I get that running a small business isn't exactly easy and this dude has/probably still does spend countless sleepless nights putting things into motion, but it never hurts to take a few steps back and try and figure out why I cant find any help or whats the best way to get my guys to seriously kick ass?

Other than that, hes just your typical hardo cottonwood skier, total bike/moto nut, surfer bum in a past life (dudes lived everywhere) so im sure hes a halfway decent dude if you shared a beer with him. shit hes got kids and a wife so hes not that hard to put up with

It would be super duper awesome if people would stop leading me on... Shit man, if you're not down for me, I'm not here to waste your time any more than I want my time wasted. It's been fun but make a choice, yes or no, is it going somewhere or should we just let each other go? Can I get somebody that wants to commit to sharing at least part of their life with me? I'm not asking for 24/7 devotion, I don't want our lives to revolve around each other because that's not healthy and it's not a way to live. I just want somebody to have fun with, make each other happy, go adventure around the world.

I'm too old to play games, either say what you mean or sit down because I have other things I could be doing with my time and just maybe would meet somebody that is slightly serious. For once...

You know what makes it even worse? This one wasn't from Tinder so it's not like I earned finding some dumbass fool. If it was someone from Tinder, I wouldn't be complaining cus you know, it's Tinder. This one lied and chose to waste almost 4 months of my life, like who takes that long to throw someone away, shit. Like god damn you gonna use someone for sex get it over with quickly.

Yesterday as I got on my Southwest flight from Vegas, I asked the flight attendant whether the flight would be full, to which she replied yes. Knowing that, my girlfriend sat in the window seat and I sat in the middle. One of the last people to get on the plane is probably the fattest woman I have ever seen on a plane, and she chooses to sit next to me. She was so wide that the arm rests were squeezing her and had she let her arms down, she would have taken up half my seat. I keep my eyes on my phone but do my best to slide over while trying not to look uncomfortable. She promptly starts digging into a burrito, and while topping a bite with salsa, she flicked some onto my phone. She freezes, then without saying anything promptly puts the burrito away and feigns sleep.

Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever had. Not sure if there's some sort of etiquette I was missing, but IMO she should have had to buy two seats.

Years back I was on a red eye and had a huge black dude next to me, he had some severe cough going and asked for a cup of ice and was just chewing stupidly loud. His rolls just made my brother press towards the window too and like most they don't bother to adjust away from you, I'm never annoyed by large people unless it's on a flight or bus.

I fucking hate but love dreaming of skiing in the summer. All I remember was doing a 2 pretz 2 on a mellow A frame somewhere and doing other stuff idk what though, remembered it eating breakfast and just stopped for a second cause I realized it was a dream.

Rainier beer is the worst alcoholic beverage I have ever consumed. I can still smell that shit and it has been four hours since I drank it. Pbr and Hamm's are ten times better and they are still cheap, low quality beer.

thems fightin words lol. i love me my vitamin Rs. Found a cheap pilsner from Uinta breweries here in SLC thats relatively good that i normally go with. its cheap beer tho so i try not to get all hung up on it. shit drinks the same warm or cold.


Anyways another fun day. At least the new guy who showed up actually showed up. Cant get our hopes up because this fucker left at lunch time. Dude was talking mad game to my boss about how he grew up on a farm and loves this kind of work. Fucking dude didn't even last 2 hours and still owes us our gatorades he said he bring back.

yall can try and make America great again but showing up for work or not pussying out at least, that would help. build a wall to keep people out that actually can work and are willing to bust ass to make things happen for themselves.

Nothing worse than a retail job on a gorgeous weekend, and with a storewide 20% sale for anyone.
Have to close again tonight and were open an extra hour, with such a generous sale they shouldn't give people more time in my opinion...

Also fuck this co worker who thinks she's a manager when she can only do 2 more things than I can't do yet. In the middle of all these crowds she keeps giving us such unimportant shit to do, my head manager even plays by the book less than her.

So facebook is a no go now. I just use it to post things.

It really went even more to shit when they started showing you things people like and commented on in your news feed. Now they keep showing everyone who comments on someones birthday but it doesnt allow you to hide those. If has the option but gives an error message.

I still post things on there because friends and fam that arent on ista want pictures or to know im not dead, but jesus that site is unusable.

I feel like the limit of friends for that being a successful platform is maybe50. After that its fucked.

Luckiky i keep my insta to a bunch of dope skiing and snowboarding content so thats all good.

Like how far do you have to walk down from the Mile park to the bottom terminal now? Walking is a bummer but the kid is skiing in mid- July.

So true hahaha "what do you mean my kid has to carry their skis?" "Why do they have to skate all the way across the resort from the team room?" I mean your kid has to carry their damn gear and skate across the resort the same way we all did growing up.
It builds character and creates less spoiled brats once they figure out nobody is going to carry their shit for them or drive them closer.

Because no other patients are on time. Not the doctors fault or wherever your appointments are. If you want to not wait, schedule your appointments right in the morning or right after lunch.

was at the skate park filming my homie tonight and there was a group of 3 kids like 8-10 years old. As soon as i put my board down one of them comes up to me and says "can i ride that?" Didnt wanna be a dick so i said sure, but these kids were little fuckers, they robbed the convenience store up the road for ice cream and fuckin flarp. He then asked my homie if he could have his skateboard..spent the whole night telling these kids not to get in the shot and stop being obnoxious and they would straight up try and curse me and my homies out. Most disrespectful little twerps ive ever had to deal with. You could tell these kids have absolutely no sort of supervision. Shit was sus.

I'm gonna have a mental breakdown one of these days at work. For stocking we have a 4am shift and I just can't sleep before 10pm so I usually get 5 or less hours and usually can't sleep when I get home. Nothing ever really fits and it's unnecessarily long for what we have to do, I'm always pissed at work but for this shift anything annoying can cause me to snap. Can't believe I ever agreed to doing this, only plus is getting out of work before 10am once a week.
