Yeah I know there were some rant threads over the years grinds my gears and whatever. I don't think any of them were that happening to dig up. I probably made one of them honestly. Whatever.

I figured if we could rant somewhere we'd be more docile creatures in the rest of the forums.

I fucking hate parents that bring their kids to a brewery and let’s them run around screaming and be wild unchecked. Then when the kid eats shit and trips on something they scream and cry inside the brewery because the parent wasn’t watching the kid since the parent was too busy drinking and socializing. Then the parent tries to calm the kid down inside said brewery because they are too lazy to walk away from The bar and their beer to clam
the kid down. Thus making everyone around they suffer the wrath of their screaming and crying child who is hurt because said parent was too lazy and preoccupied drinking to protect/ parent said child.

Is this like a brewery with a tasting room or a restaurant with a brewery attached? I feel like most of the proper brewery spots here are all 19+ whereas the brewpubs are pretty family friendly with menus that are very appealing to children? Also would be cool if parents occasionally supervised kids, there are certain times to give them space to learn and run around and be crazy, restaurants are not one of those times.

This is a small brewery in the keys of Florida. They don’t serve food at all. No restaurant etc. they do allow kids with their parents because again this is the keys so family’s do travel together so they’re accommodating to parents with kids. There is zero kids menus or things for kids. Also this was 9:45 that they arrived with their little kids. One little girl walking around in a diaper and one little boy maybe 9-10yo at most.

Seems like you come from a decent financially stable household and you're just absolutely blowing it by partying and whining about how hard your program is online. you’ll be happy to hear i’m paying a portion of my tuition every semester until my gpa is above a 3.0 after failing Pre Calc! So i’ve been working as a ski coach and door dashing since friday to earn more money to contribute than just what’s in my savings. Here’s a pick of my morning commute as the sun rose friday morning.

This is how I got my initial history teaching credential back in the day. 150 question test, 70% or better to get licensed (90% if you didn’t feel like answering the essay questions). I knew 90% of the American history questions and the world history stuff was surface level that anyone with an hour of Wikipedia browsing for a week or could have answered so I just flipped through and finished bubbling in the answers I needed in 20 minutes. Essay question ended up being about a battle that occurred in my hometown which gave an even bigger cushion for failure.

I'm shooting my self in the foot with this. I don't need to study that much so I will not learn everything. GPA doesn't matter at all as long as I'm passing most of the courses. The problem is that I need to know everything from high school math in a single exam. It would be easier to study for it if I would learn everything properly now. I need the best grade from math final exam. My future plans took a turn from studies that are easy to get into. Thank god we have studying vacation before the exam but it's still going to be challenge. It's a grear sign that I'm stressing over a year before the exam... I hope I'm not feeling lazy then.

dive bar here was supposed to give away a signed Justin Jefferson jersey tonight during the vikings game. I was super stoked and was taking work off tomorrow for it (you get one raffle ticket per beer you buy....., i was gunna go to town on that)....but they moved it to sundays game instead. The one Sunday I am out of town all football season. Fuck

I only got away with it because it was a summer transfer credit. As long my overall grade was a C or better it transferred raw credit without the grade. D/F meant no credit which was mathematically impossible.

I am an insane perfectionist and I need to stop overanalyzing my own clips lol. I can’t feel good about 90% of what I land even though most of the shots are perfectly fine

for me it usually goes get clips, make edit, watch edit so many times that i just end up hating it all. repeat

Yup that’s my process too.

I think it leads me to question myself and not try as hard of tricks on the hill. I should be trying more stuff more often because landing something hard is probably the best thing you can do for your confidence lol

I know I've bitched about this before but bad drummers. First I'm formerly a drummer, idk why everyone without rhythm loves to get drunk and play drums badly. Also if you're playing and ask the person to chill they should fuck off. Next time I'll be more of a dick about it.

Not even the same guy that plays that wouldn't get off the drums on my birthday last year.

I know people like to play but if someone asks you not to should respect it even if you're good. Honestly the good people will, sucks the shitty drunks can't take a hint.

Open mic so not a show but still. Had a ton of friemds come out thay wanted to hear me play my songs. Still went well but it get wayyyyy fucking harder to play when you're either trying to adapt or play against whatever the fuck some shitty drummer is trying to play. I keep time, I play acoustic singer songwriter stuff. I don't need a drummer, and def not a shitty one ever.

Still played a great set and homies were stoked, just makes it 3 times as difficult. Feels like baby sitting while you're working or something.

Still nice to have a night off with friends. Even though i haven't slept since grave shift last night
